Whole grain pasta with spicy broccoli

The broccoli is first steamed, then dressed with seed oil flavoured with garlic, chilli pepper and salt while still boiling hot. In the meantime,  durum wheat pasta is cooked “al dente” and dressed with the broccoli.
Once cooked, the product is packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
