Steamed Three-Vegetable Mix

The potatoes are machine-peeled, then hand-peeled to remove any remaining imperfections and diced. They are then placed on baking trays and cooked in a steam oven. Lastly, the green beans and baby carrots are added once they have been steamed. The vegetables are NOT boiled in water, to ensure they maintain their organoleptic qualities and retain optimum nutritional values. The three-vegetable mix is then packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
