Oven roasted potatoes with peppers Bio

Siamcotte uses potatoes which are mainly sourced in Italy. The potatoes are machine-peeled, then further cleaned by hand to remove any remaining imperfections, and cut into slices. They are then dressed with sunflower oil and salt. The previously cleaned and sliced peppers are added after being dressed with oil and salt. They are then oven roasted, and the process is completed by cooking the ingredients ‘au gratin’. Lastly, the product is packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
