Grilled peppers BIO

Siamcotte uses only first quality ingredients sourced mainly in Italy. The peppers are washed and trimmed by hand, halved, and the seeds are removed. They are then seared on a grill before being cooked in a conventional oven. Once cooked, the product is packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
