Grilled aubergines BIO

Siamcotte uses only first quality ingredients sourced mainly in Italy. The aubergines are machine-washed, trimmed by hand and then sliced. They are then seared on a grill before being cooked in a conventional oven. Once cooked, the product is packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
